Escape from Smoking is an interactive coaching too designed for one purpose, to get you to stop smoking successfully and to love your lifel. Being interactive is the best way to gain a connection with the participant and to aid memory retention. The idea behind the book is to get real results in a minimum of time, no mucking around, no filling and no fluff. Tim gets straight to the point and gives you a comprehensive insight in to the reasoning behind stopping smoking as well as the methodology.

Since it is interactive Escape from Smoking is only available in a soft cover format and not as an e-book. Tim Williamson

Tim is a coach with a backgound in many areas of life including several years flying as a commercial pilot, aircraft maintenance, business ownership, fitness training and instruction of martial arts. His life journey has allowed him a wide range of experience from which he has been able to construct his coaching platforms.

As a smoker in the distant past Tim has been there but his real motivation to write Escape from Smoking came after he intially published Escape from Debt. Tim's father came to him and asked him to write a book that he could read in a similar manner to Escape from Debt that would help him to stop smoking. The request was for a book that was informative, effective and short - a real challenge. Taking the challenge head on Tim spent eight months writing and researching the new book and completed it in January 2010.

Successful? You'll be happy to know that Tim's father stopped smoking immediately and has since grown to enjoy his life more and has even travelled to Europe as a reward.

If you have tried nicotine patches, quit programs, nicotine gum, stop smoking tablets (brands may vary) then maybe you are ready for Escape from Smoking. Quitting smoking or trying to quit can be difficult if psychologically your brain is not working with you to achieve your desired goal.
